We have an incredible team of volunteers that believe in partnering with kids in coaching and mentoring. We know that every kid has a different story and we love that! Some of our volunteers are dedicated to the coaching part of working with our kids. Others are dedicated to mentoring and working with the kids as they navigate the complexities of life. We work with our staff to ensure they can provide a great experience for each kid and a background check is required for most roles. We could not do this without the help of incredible people that care so much about our community!

One-Off Projects/Events: Helping us with inventory, bag-making, or events Seasonal Coaching: Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Coaching Sub General Assistance: There are always extra hands needed at practices and games working with the kids. Social Media Manager: Manage our social media channels and communications throughout the year. Season Assistant: Work with the Season Coordinator to address parent concerns or provide players with gear, especially in the beginning of the season. During the season, ensures all teams have snacks and water for practices and games and gear into the correct hands. Season Coordinator: Work with staff, Volunteer Coordinator(s), and Season Assistant(s) to communicate needs, schedules, and track milestones. Manages seasonal registration, works with the Season Assistant to address parent concerns or provide players with gear. Kickin' It After School: Volunteer to coach our after-school clinics in MNPS schools Kickin' It After School Coordinator: Work with MNPS, PENCIL and our team to set up and coordinate clinics for our after-school program.
